"We are excited to announce today the return of our school Talent Show! The show will be on February 2nd. If your child is interested in showing off a talent such as singing, dancing, magic tricks, or telling jokes, either by yourself or in a group, come to the office to pick up a permission form. Every student who wants to participate in the talent show MUST fill out a permission form and return it on January 12th. No late permission forms will be accepted. We will have tryouts on January 18th after school. You have a lot of time to think about your performance and practice your performance. We are excited to see all the amazing talent we have here at Swartz!"

Monday, 12/18, is Holiday Wear Day - Wear hats, bows, headbands and/or colors.

Dear Swartz Families,
On Monday, we will be getting a book stand from Scout Pack 62 for students to share and take a book. Please have your child bring age appropriate books that they can part with to school for the next 2 weeks. Any books that are left after winter break will be donated to children in need.

In honor of Mrs. Vicicondi's class for receiving an All Star Certificate, we celebrated by going outside to Chalk it Up and Walk it Up. Students had fun with sidewalk chalk and other walked a path for Viking Victory walks!

It is important that all students attend school on Halloween. We will have Fall (not Halloween parties on 10/27). On 10/31, we have a half day and students will not be dressing up for Halloween.
