Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

The Board of Education is committed to maintaining a culture of transparency in District 45. The District affirms its obligation to fulfill all Illinois Freedom of Information Act requirements. Please see Board Policy 2:250 for more information.

There is no fee for the first 50 black-and-white, standard-sized copies of public records. The cost for additional copies is 15 cents per page.

The District 45 School Board has a designated FOIA Officer to assist with public records requests. District 45 record requests must be made by email or in writing, to:
