Please note a change in our meal pick up time! Meal pick up is tomorrow, Tuesday, September 15th from 1:00 to 1:30 pm at the District Office (Door #2) on Villa Avenue. Please wear a mask when you pick up your meals. Just a reminder that we are part of the Summer Food Service Program. This means that any student can have free combo meals.

If childcare during Hybrid Learning is a concern, please check out the LEAP Program from the OBT Park District. It is a great option for families and is open to Kinder - 8th grade students.

Parents: Just a reminder that we are offering the LEAP program to help with childcare needs as we move into our Hybrid model.

Parents, just a reminder, if your preference for eLearning or hybrid model has changed from your initial feedback, please contact your child’s school office by tomorrow, Wednesday, September 9th. If no change is needed, you do not need to contact the office. Thank you!

Did you know our school libraries are open for business? Use our online library catalog available through https://www.saltcreek48.org/page/lmc and our staff will prepare books for you to pick up, contactless, at the front of your child's school. Vikings love reading!

Dear District 48 Families, We are part of the Summer Food Service Program providing combo breakfast/lunch meals for five days each Tuesday beginning next Tuesday, September 8, 2020. This means that any student can have free combo meals. Those that would normally be free, reduced, or paid, every student can have free combo meals beginning next Tuesday and each Tuesday thereafter. Combo meals will be available on Tuesdays from 10:00 to 10:45 am at the District Office (Door #2) on Villa Avenue. Please wear a mask when you pick up your meals. Thank you!

Dear Families, Today we sent out an email with updated information about our hybrid learning model! Please contact the office of your child's school, if you did not receive the email! Have a wonderful weekend!

Salt Creek Primary School is conducting a developmental screening for children ages 3-5 on September 10th. This screening is free and will provide you general information about your child’s development. This opportunity is open to all district families, even if your preschool plans are undecided. Check out the attached flyer for more information!

Reminder: Meal pick up is tomorrow, Tuesday, September 1st from 10:00-10:45 at the District Office entrance of Albright Middle School. This is the South door on Villa Avenue. Please wear a mask! See you then!

Dear Salt Creek District 48 Families: Please see the information about how to register for the LEAP program through the Oakbrook Terrace Park District! This child care program will help to facilitate eLearning for your child while you are working!

Dear D48 Families, Breakfast/Lunch pick up will be every Tuesday from 10-10:45 at the District Office entrance of Albright Middle School. The meals will include five days of meals. When picking up meals, please park in one of the lots adjacent to the soccer field and walk to the District Office entrance on the south end of the building on Villa Avenue. Every purchase includes BOTH breakfast and lunch. These meals CAN NOT be split. If your child qualifies for free meals, there is no charge for this service. If your child does not qualify for free breakfast/lunch, the cost for the meals is as follows: Full Price Fee: $1.65 for breakfast and $3.40 for lunch for a Total of $5.05 daily Reduced Fee: $0.30 for breakfast and $0.40 for lunch for a Total of $0.70 daily. Thank you!
