Dear Albright Families, Please log into your Skyward Account for each of your children to acknowledge that you read/received the DISTRICT HANDBOOK by September 8th. Physicals are needed for all 6th graders and student-athletes. Tryouts for soccer and girls volleyball will start right away, and an updated (less than a year old) physical is required to tryout. You can now see previous physicals in Skyward by clicking the green menu bars --> Health --> Physicals. Our Meet the Teacher/Supply Drop off event is on Tuesday, 8/22/23, from 1:00 - 2:00pm. Please park on our blacktop (Off of Myrtle) and enter through Door 5, the interior corner door. 5th Graders were sent a signup email for a more personalized experience from Mrs. Pastore. If you have questions about this event, please email her at spastore@saltcreek48.org. 6th - 8th Grade students can move into their lockers, walk their schedules, and meet their teachers. Just a reminder to parents/guardians who bought a Supply Kit through the FTC: You may pick up your purchased supplies at Swartz Elementary School today (8/9/23) between 4:00 and 6:00 pm on the West Side of the building by the Gym Door (#2). Thank you!

Today was our last day of SummerU. Our 6th graders served lemonade and we had a blast with our friends. Have a wonderful rest of the summer and see you in a few weeks!

Week 2 of SummerU! In addition to classroom learning and fun, students enjoy reading and checking out books in the library!

SummerU has gotten off to a great start! We love seeing students in the classrooms!

We had a wonderful evening promoting our 8th grade students last night. Congrats grads, it has been an honor to teach you and we know you'll do amazing things in high school and beyond!

Thank you to all District 48 students, teachers, and staff for "Clapping Out" our 8th graders as they left Albright Middle School for the last time. The students were surprised and it was a great way to send them off in true Viking Family fashion.

Salt Creek Primary and Swartz Elementary students went to Clap Out our 8th graders at Albright! We wish them well! Congratulations!

AMS held their annual awards ceremony today. This year we had 92% of our students participate in at least one of our 25 extracurricular activities! Here you can see some of our students who received awards for academic excellence and citizenship.

Big thanks to our FTC for coordinating an amazing End the the Year Celebration last night! Special thanks to our librarian and library assistants for putting together a fabulous book fair too! It was a great night!

Albright chromebook collection begins this week for 8th grade students and next week for 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students.

On Friday, 5/12, 2nd graders planted flowers for Mother's Day with Hilton Hotel staff. Big thanks to the Hilton for their donation and help! Happy Mother's Day to all moms!

Albright 5th graders were excellent tour guides for the incoming 4th graders today during the 4th Grade Visit!

If you are the parent of a child with a disability who attends Timothy Christian Schools or is homeschooled, you are invited to attend a meeting held by Salt Creek School District 48 on Wednesday, May 10th at 10:00am. The meeting will be held via Zoom. The Timely and Meaningful Consultation meeting is an opportunity to learn how District 48 will fulfill its responsibility of identifying and providing services to children with disabilities who attend nonpublic schools or are homeschooled.
